Skipped by design: the Fast Bar drinks POS — that's the one thing Clover already does well, and the whole point is we sit beside it.
Where we beat Club Traxx (not just copy it)
- PIN, not fingerprints — same secure identity, none of the biometric-lawsuit exposure.
- SSN encrypted — their screen showed it in plain text; ours is scrambled.
- Never "hired" — contractor wording throughout, to protect the club in a misclassification fight.
- Cloud + tablet — not a Windows-95 thick client nobody maintains.
- Configurable data retention — age off the granular detail that becomes lawsuit fuel.
